Support

We're here to help you get the most out of our UI blocks!

Getting Help:

The best way to get support is by joining our Discord community. Our team and fellow users are active there and can assist with your questions and issues. You'll find channels for general help, specific block discussions, and more.

Please note that while we strive to respond as quickly as possible, there might be delays due to time differences. We appreciate your patience and will get back to you as soon as we can.

Payment & Access:

All payments are securely processed through Paddle. Once your purchase is complete and you're logged in, you'll have immediate access to copy/paste the blocks and download the necessary files.

Customizing Components:

Our UI blocks are provided as functional React components. You have the flexibility to customize them to fit your project's needs. This will require a general understanding of React, HTML, and CSS.

Technical Support for Blocks:

If you encounter any bugs or find that a block isn't working as intended, we're here to help! Please report these issues on our Discord server, providing as much detail as possible (e.g., the block you're using, steps to reproduce the issue, screenshots if helpful).

What We Don't Cover in General Support:

While we support the functionality of our blocks, we don't offer general guidance on how to code or implement broader aspects of your project. Our components are designed for users who have foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/React.

Refund Policy:

Due to the digital nature of our products, which cannot be returned once accessed, we generally do not offer refunds. Many individuals unfortunately take advantage of such policies with digital goods. We ask that you please consider your purchase carefully.

We understand that legitimate or extenuating circumstances can arise. If you believe you have such a reason for a refund request, please reach out to us on Discord to discuss your situation.

Situations where refunds are typically not provided:

  • You've downloaded/accessed the item but no longer want it.
  • You've changed your mind after purchase.
  • The item was purchased in error.
  • You lack the necessary HTML/CSS/JS/React skills to use or implement the code.
  • In your personal opinion, you find the item to be low quality or it does not meet your specific expectations (we offer free blocks to evaluate quality beforehand).
  • You request a refund but fail to provide a clear reason or evidence for a technical fault with the block itself.

This list is not exhaustive but covers common scenarios.
